What is (ARP)
(ARP) Address Resolution Protocol is the network protocol that translates a logical IP address into the unique physical MAC address of a device on the same local network, enabling devices to send data to each other. This is one of the fondations of all networking between machines and is a core part of TCP-IP. Without it there would be no modern IT world we live in.
